Concierge

In-app support SDK for iOS, Android, React Native and Flutter

We do. Right inside your app.

A native support chat, an AI agent that answers first from your own docs, and an inbox you can run from Claude Code. Built for people who ship apps alone or in small teams.

Pick it from the App Store and we bring its name and icon. No card to start.

  • 0 network calls when your app launches
  • 42 MCP tools that read and write
  • 1,000 AI replies a month, included in Pro

how long until it's in my app?

Concierge

About five minutes, and your coding agent does most of it.

  1. 1

    Add your app

Find it on the App Store. Name and icon come with it.

  2. 2

    Paste one prompt

Your coding agent installs the SDK with your real app key.

  3. 3

    Hear from your users

Messages land in your inbox, live, with device and app version.

Test with up to 3 of your own devices before you pay. Getting started

does it feel native, or is it a webview?

Concierge

Native. SwiftUI on iOS, Compose on Android, one package each for React Native and Flutter. No network call when your app launches.

iOS Available

SwiftUI, iOS 16 and up, zero dependencies. Cached history, offline outbox, VoiceOver and Dynamic Type.

Concierge.configure(appKey: "app_...")
Button("Support") { Concierge.present() }
iOS guide

Make it look like yours

  • Your accent, light and dark. Plus your title and welcome line. Set them in the dashboard and they apply without an app update.
  • Code wins when you want it to. Anything you set in the SDK overrides the dashboard.
  • Support lives where you put it. One call opens the chat from any button, row or menu (iOS also has a ready made button), and an unread count feeds your badge.
Appearance docs

Available And a web widget for your site. The same chat on your website. One script tag or an npm package with a React binding, in a Shadow DOM so your CSS and ours never mix. About 32 KB gzip at page load. Web guide

and when I'm asleep?

Concierge

An AI agent answers first, from the knowledge you give it, labeled as AI. When it can't help, it hands the thread to you.

  • Grounded in your knowledge. FAQs, known issues, pricing. Cached in the prompt, so it is fast and cheap.
  • Honest handoff. "Talk to a human" always works. The thread jumps to the top of your inbox, marked high priority.
  • Never talks over you. Reply yourself and the agent pauses on that thread.
  • Takes actions. Restore a purchase or resync a library, with the user's OK.
  • Speaks their language. Replies in the user's language, from knowledge you wrote in yours.
How the agent works

my users don't all speak English

Concierge

They write in their language. The AI answers in theirs.

  • Nothing to translate. Write your knowledge once, in your language. The agent answers each user in theirs.
  • The chat speaks it too. Buttons, labels and the AI label come in 34 languages, right to left included, following the device's language.
  • Reviews too. App Store and Google Play review replies are drafted in the reviewer's language.

Built-in chat text ships in 34 languages on iOS, Android, React Native, Flutter and the web. Your dashboard title and welcome show as you wrote them.

Concierge

AI automations around the chat. They do the chores; your policy makes the calls.

  • Refund desk

Answers Apple's refund requests inside the 12 hour window, by your policy.

  • Locked purchase check

Compares store, RevenueCat and your app, then restores with the user's OK.

  • Cancel moment

A gentle check in when auto renew goes off. Never blocks cancelling.

  • Review replies, drafted

Store review replies drafted in the reviewer's language, posted when you approve.

  • Billing heads ups

A receipt after purchase and a heads up before renewals.

  • Knowledge autopilot

Drafts and refreshes help articles from your notes and resolved chats.

  • Spam filter

Screens the start of every new thread and flags spam or abuse.

  • New message emails

Emails you after two quiet minutes, plus a morning digest.

  • Refund rate alerts

Warns when your 30 day refund rate passes your threshold.

  • Version spike alerts

Spots a ticket wave from one version. One reply reaches everyone affected.

  • Email support

Users email your support address. Your replies go back by email.

can I just do support from Claude Code?

Concierge

Yes. Our MCP server has 42 tools that read and write. "Fix it and tell her" is one prompt.

  • Triage in one prompt. Open threads grouped by urgency, with drafted replies. Nothing sends without your OK.
  • Reply, send cards, close. As you, from the terminal. The user gets it live and by push.
  • Fix and reply. The agent finds the bug from the report and breadcrumbs, fixes it, then answers the user.

How triage works

I have three apps. And a cofounder.

Concierge

Every app and everyone who helps, in one workspace.

  • One workspace, every app. Each app gets its own inbox, settings and unread badge.
  • Everyone who helps. Invite teammates as members or admins. Seats are unlimited on Pro.

Pro is one flat monthly price for unlimited apps and seats.

See pricing

ok but does it make me money?

Concierge

The person asking for help is usually your most engaged user. Here is one example night with Concierge installed.

  1. You close the laptop.

The chat stays open in every copy of your app. The agent has your knowledge docs: FAQs, pricing, known issues, how to restore a purchase.

  2. In the chat, Lumen Journal on iOS00:41

"I paid for Pro but it says locked on my new phone."

"I paid but it's locked," resolved Available

    1. Concierge checks the store, RevenueCat and what your app reports, side by side.
    2. If the store says paid, the agent asks to run Restore purchases. The user taps Allow and Pro unlocks.
    3. If it still looks locked, the thread lands in your inbox with the diagnosis, and a one click comp unlocks them while you fix the cause.

Pro unlocked, user said thanks, conversation resolved.

Client tools only run after the user's OK.

  3. From Apple, about Yearly02:14

"Refund requested. You have 12 hours to send consumption info."

A refund request at 2am, handled Available

    1. Concierge answers Apple inside the 12 hour window, from the refund policy you set. Off until you turn it on.
    2. It opens a chat in the user's language: "We saw you asked for a refund. What went wrong?"
    3. If it is fixable, the agent fixes it. If they still want out, the refund goes through cleanly instead of ending in a declined, angry user.

Answered before the deadline, with the reason in your inbox.

Usage data goes to Apple only with consent the user gave in the app.

  4. App Store review, 1 star03:30

"Sync lost my entries and nobody answered."

A 1 star review, turned into a fixed customer Available

    1. New App Store and Google Play reviews come into your inbox every hour, sorted into bug, billing, request or praise.
    2. The AI drafts a reply in the reviewer's language that points them to in-app support. Nothing posts until you approve it.
    3. It suggests which customer probably wrote it, so you can reach them in the app. When the fix ships, it drafts the follow up: "Fixed in 2.4."

Reply drafted and waiting for your OK, with a likely customer match.

Review prompts skip anyone with an open complaint, so upset users get help instead of a rating ask.

  5. Store webhook, Yearly05:55

    "Auto renew turned off."

    The cancel moment, saved Available

    1. A gentle in-app check in: "What went wrong?"
    2. The answer lands in your inbox with the reason, next to what they paid.
    3. An offer goes out only if your policy allows it, and every save is proven by store webhooks. Cancelling is never blocked.

Reason captured, offer sent under your policy, money kept or a clean goodbye.

  6. Coffee. The inbox shows what happened, and what needs you.

Resolved threads are closed. Handoffs sit at the top, marked high priority, with device, app version and breadcrumbs attached. Offers count money kept, proven by store webhooks.

A $9.99 a month plan kept for 5 more months is $49.95. One save pays for a month of Pro, even at the regular price.
AI at our cost
1,000 replies at the measured $0.00075 is about $0.75 of model spend. That is why AI is included, not metered.
Per resolution pricing
At a reported $0.99 per AI resolution, 1,000 AI answered conversations would bill up to $990. On Pro they sit inside the flat monthly price.

Example inputs, not customer results. Cost per reply is the average from our October 2026 AI eval (Haiku 5.5 and Sonnet 5.5, tool calls included). The per resolution price is as reported in third party write ups.

what happens to my users' data?

Concierge

We keep as little as the chat needs, and guard what it does need.

  • Photos lose their location.

EXIF, GPS, XMP and IPTC metadata are scrubbed on upload, and the file type is checked by its bytes, never its name.

  • Private links only.

Attachments sit in private storage and open through signed links that expire within two hours.

  • Errors stay in house.

Our servers and dashboard report errors to a tracker we host ourselves, so no error event goes to a third party.

  • Quiet at launch.

The SDK makes no network call when your app starts. It registers the first time the chat opens.

  • One user, one history.

A server signed identity token stops anyone from reading another user's chat.

  • Export or delete on request.

Per user, from the dashboard, the API or MCP. Database in Canada, files in North America, and a DPA with SCCs.

Questions, answered

How much does Concierge cost?

Concierge

Pro is one flat monthly plan for unlimited apps and seats, with 1,000 AI replies a month included. The first 50 paid subscriptions get the founder price, $19 a month, locked for as long as the subscription stays active (canceling ends it). After that Pro is $49 a month. Same plan, same features. Scale is priced on request. There is no free plan, and there are no per seat or per resolution fees.

Is there a free trial?

Concierge

No, and no free plan either. Before you pay you can sign up, add your apps, write help articles, follow the install steps and send test messages from up to 3 of your own devices, so you can see the chat working in your app. No AI runs before you subscribe: chat replies, the knowledge autopilot, review reply drafts and the other AI features start when you do, along with real users. Your test messages never land in the spam folder. You can cancel any time in the billing portal; Pro stays on until the end of the month you paid for.

Which coding agents work with Concierge?

Concierge

Any agent that speaks MCP over Streamable HTTP: Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, Windsurf, VS Code with GitHub Copilot, Gemini CLI, Zed and other MCP clients. Sign in with OAuth where the client supports it, or paste a staff API key as a bearer header. The setup prompt and llms.txt work in any agent, MCP or not.

What runs on autopilot?

Concierge

The AI agent answers from your docs and hands off when it should. Around it: the refund desk answers Apple's consumption request inside the 12 hour window, the locked purchase check compares store, RevenueCat and app state, the cancel moment asks what went wrong, review replies are drafted for your approval, billing heads ups go out before renewals, knowledge autopilot keeps help articles fresh, and a spam filter screens new threads. The refund desk and billing heads ups stay off until you turn them on.

Which platforms does Concierge support?

Concierge

Native SDKs for iOS (SwiftUI, iOS 16 and up, zero dependencies) and Android (Kotlin and Jetpack Compose, minSdk 24) work today, and so does the React Native and Expo package, which wraps the same native SDKs. The Flutter plugin (concierge_sdk) wraps them too. A web widget for websites and web apps (one script tag, or the @conciergesdk/web npm package with a React binding) talks to the same inbox.

Does it work with Flutter?

Concierge

Yes. The concierge_sdk plugin wraps the native iOS and Android SDKs, so a Flutter app gets the same native SwiftUI and Compose chat, push, cards and client tools, with one Dart API on both platforms. It needs iOS 16.4 or later and Android minSdk 24. Flutter web is not covered by the plugin; use the web widget there. Install it from pub.dev with flutter pub add concierge_sdk.

Does it work in Expo Go?

Concierge

Yes. The React Native package includes a pure JavaScript fallback chat that runs in Expo Go, so you can prototype before making a development build. In a development or production build you get the native SwiftUI and Compose chat, and a config plugin sets up push during expo prebuild. Install it with npx expo install @conciergesdk/react-native.

Is there a web widget for my website?

Concierge

Yes: @conciergesdk/web. Add one script tag (or install the npm package, with a React provider and hooks) and you get a launcher and chat panel rendered in a Shadow DOM, so your CSS and the chat never mix. It loads about 27 KB gzip at page load, makes no API call until someone opens the chat, and supports live replies, photos, review and offer cards, client tools with consent, identity tokens and an offline outbox. The API only answers browsers on websites you list under Allowed websites. Install it with npm install @conciergesdk/web or load it from jsDelivr.

What does MCP native mean?

Concierge

Concierge runs a remote MCP server with tools that read and write: list and read conversations with device info and breadcrumbs, reply as you, send review and offer cards, update status, search customers, check stats, verify an install and edit the AI knowledge base. It works with Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, Windsurf, VS Code with Copilot, Gemini CLI, Zed and any MCP client, so "triage support and fix the crash Ana reported" can be one prompt.

Do my users need an account?

Concierge

No. The chat works for signed out users as soon as the SDK is configured. Call identify when someone signs in to attach the chat to their account, and pass a server signed token to get their history on every device. If you want only verified users to write, turn that on per app in the dashboard.

What happens when I'm offline?

Concierge

If the AI agent is on, it answers first. Anything it can't solve waits in your inbox, and if nobody has replied after two minutes you get an email (instantly or at most hourly, your choice), plus a morning digest of who is still waiting. When you reply, from the dashboard or from your coding agent over MCP, the user gets it live and by push. If the user is the one offline, their messages queue on the device and send when they reconnect.

Can I make the chat match my app?

Concierge

Yes. Set the accent color for light and dark mode, the chat title and the welcome line in the dashboard, and they apply without an app update. Anything you set in code wins. You choose where the chat opens: any button, row or menu can call it, and an unread count is there for your badge.

How do the AI replies work?

Concierge

When you turn the agent on, it answers new messages from the knowledge docs you add (FAQs, pricing, known issues) using a Claude model. Replies are labeled as AI. When a user asks for a human it hands off, pauses on that conversation and marks it high priority. When you reply yourself it pauses too, so it never talks over you. AI usage is included in every plan.

What data does the SDK collect, and where does it go?

Concierge

The SDK makes no network call at launch. It registers the device the first time the chat opens or a push token arrives, then sends messages, photos the user picks, app version, OS, device model, language, and any metadata and breadcrumbs you set. Messages are stored on Concierge servers. When the AI agent is on, the conversation and your knowledge docs are sent to the Claude API to write the reply. Identity verification with a server signed token stops anyone from reading another user's history.

How do I switch from my current support SDK?

Concierge

Paste one prompt into your coding agent. It finds the old SDK, installs Concierge by following our platform guide (or run npx @conciergesdk/cli init yourself), swaps the configure, identify, metadata, open chat and push calls, removes the old dependency, turns your saved replies into knowledge drafts and imports your conversation history on Pro, so nobody waits. Most SDKs map almost call for call, and you can run both side by side while you test. The prompt and a full guide are at conciergesdk.com/switch.

Is Concierge a good fit for indie apps?

Concierge

Yes, if your support happens inside a mobile app. Many support tools are built for larger teams and price by seat plus a fee for every AI resolution. Concierge is a native mobile chat with one flat monthly Pro plan ($19/mo founder price for the first 50, then $49/mo), unlimited seats, AI replies included, and an MCP server that both reads and writes.

Can I self host Concierge?

Concierge

Not as a supported product today. Concierge is a hosted service. The SDKs accept a custom server URL, which is how we run them against a local API in development, but we do not ship a packaged server.

How heavy is the SDK?

Concierge

Small. The iOS SDK has zero dependencies. The Android SDK uses only Kotlin, Compose, coroutines, OkHttp and kotlinx.serialization, with no Firebase or image library. Neither makes a network call when your app launches. The web widget loads about 27 KB gzip with the page and the rest of the chat (about 7 KB) only when it opens.

More in the docs.

ok, how do I start?

Concierge

Add the SDK, or ask your coding agent to.

  1. Add your app in the dashboard.
  2. Paste the setup prompt into your coding agent. It installs the SDK with your real app key.
  3. Send a test message from your own phone. Real users and AI start when you subscribe.

About five minutes. One flat monthly price, AI replies included.
